Hi there what a neat place this is. I discovered it through a friend while answering emails, and it stopped me from going nuts. I think that this a cool thing to have something like this as when I was young about 100 years ago, I ran a bbs and miss the type of community that developed.
Not much else to tell, I'm am getting old, am married with a kid, we have two dogs, and 3 cats.
I look fforward to meeting more people, take care for now.

Hi. Welcome to the site. Glad you like it! I love it myself, am practically adicted to it. What BBS did you run and is it still around? And cool username? Did you get it from Rugrats? Caitlin

I am a huge silence of the lambs fan, so I got it from there. I ran one called the Sands of time when I was young, on a 386 machine. It left with my x-girlfriend because she took the computer.

Hi doctor Lecter,
I was a bit nervous about replying to someone with doctor lecter as a screen name, but you don't seem like the doctor lecter in th e movie, lol. Anyway, nice to meet you, I am totally blind, 45, and was born with a soft bone disease called osteogenesis imperfecta. That's a fancy name for soft bones. I brokemy legs quite a lot when I was a child, and eventually had to have rods put in my legs, and had leg braces on from the time I was 9 until I was 17. I haven't broken a bone in years, for which I'm thankful and grateful. I like reading, mostly mystery and horror, gothics and ghost stories. I like old time radio shows, and in the process of building a huge collection of them on mp3 cds. I have over 70 cds of them now, and much too many to list here, and I couldn't anyway, because ii can't begin to remember the names of all of them, and have to use the computer, and go down the lists of show series to tell what all I have.
It's nice tomeet you, take care and have a very good evening.

Wonder why do you feel the need to inform each new arrival of your condition...if I was introducing myself to someone thats the last thing I'd think of.

goblin why do youfeel the need to criticise almost every post I make? If you don't like what I post, just push that tab key and move on till it says the next persons name. believe me, I would be most privileged if you ignored my posts, I wouldn't feel hurt at all, lol.

I just wondered why you felt the need to bring up your disease whever you introduce yourself to someone if it happens in real life your social circle would shrink by the hour

Hi Alexandria,
Nice to meet you. I've been here several months. Don't know anything else to say right now, since I gave my info in an earlier post in this topic. Take care and have a good evening,
